What this actually does

Every day at market close the system checks all seven assets in the basket and asks one question: which one is strongest right now? It puts 100% into that asset and holds until something stronger emerges.

If nothing is strong enough — if the market is turning against you — it moves entirely to gold or cash and waits. No guessing. No watching charts. One decision per day, made by the system, not by you.

The problem most investors have

Most people who lose money in crypto don't lose it because they picked the wrong asset. They lose it because they panic during drawdowns, hold through bear markets, or make emotional decisions at exactly the wrong moment.

What this system does instead

Removes you from the decision entirely. When the market regime weakens, the system moves to gold or cash and stays there until conditions support crypto exposure again. No discretion, no override, no exception. The system does the work.

The Framework

Four Layers of Protection

Every system runs the same four-layer logic. This is the part worth understanding properly — it tells you exactly what the indicator does, and why the system behaves the way it does.

Market Risk Filter
The system first checks whether broad market conditions actually support crypto exposure. If they don't, it stays out entirely. No exceptions, no override. The most important layer — and the one most traders skip entirely.

Relative Strength
When the filter confirms conditions are acceptable, the system identifies which asset in the basket is showing the highest relative strength. Capital logic rotates fully into that single asset — concentrated into the current leader, not spread across the basket.

Gold Override
When the market risk filter signals exit but gold is showing strength, the system rotates into gold rather than immediately moving to cash. Gold is the non-crypto alternative that may preserve or grow capital while waiting for conditions to improve. Not guaranteed — nothing is.

USD Fallback
When neither crypto nor gold conditions are favourable, the system moves to USD and waits. Doing nothing is a valid position. Not every market environment deserves your capital — and the system is designed to reflect that.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Equity Only website, proprietary TradingView indicators, educational materials, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

Equity Only is a private, invitation-only membership for individuals personally known to the operator through travel and real-life connections. Access is strictly limited to a maximum of 50 members and is not offered to the general public.

By accessing the website or using any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

We provide proprietary analytical trading indicators (built for TradingView), educational content on how to use them, and systematic frameworks for interpreting market conditions. All Services are for informational and educational purposes only.

All indicators, educational materials, frameworks, and related content are our intellectual property. Upon being granted access, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not share, copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or provide access to any third party; reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works; use the Services to provide similar tools or education to others; or remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices. Any breach allows us to immediately terminate access without refund.

7. Payments and Membership Terms

All payments are accepted in USDT cryptocurrency only via direct wallet transfer. A one-time non-refundable setup fee of $99 USDT is payable upon joining. The first-year annual membership fee is $1,188 USDT. Subsequent annual renewals are $1,999 USDT. The 12 month membership period commences from the date the system's market risk filter enters active trading mode as determined solely by the provider — not from the date of payment. Members may therefore receive more than 12 months of access depending on market conditions. Annual membership only — no monthly option is offered.

The pricing structure outlined above is disclosed in full before any payment is made. The provider reserves the right to adjust future pricing for both new and existing members. Existing members will be notified of any renewal pricing changes at least 60 days before their renewal date. Current pricing will continue to apply for the duration of any membership period already paid for.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the service and immediate access provided to indicators, system rules, education and setup materials, refunds are not provided once access has been granted. The setup fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

9. Membership and Access

Access is granted on an invitation-only basis to individuals personally known to the operator. Membership is strictly capped at 50 members. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application, and to suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse.

10. No Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee profitability, accuracy of indicators, or continuous access.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading or financial losses, loss of profits, data, or opportunities, or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability will not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim, or $99 USDT, whichever is greater.

12. User Responsibilities

You agree to comply with all laws in your jurisdiction, not rely on the Services as the sole basis for any financial decision, and not misrepresent the Services as financial advice or signals.

13. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We handle personal information with care and in accordance with applicable international privacy principles.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms or at our discretion. Upon termination, your licence ends immediately.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly between the parties is resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism set out in the Service Agreement signed by the member. You are responsible for complying with any laws that apply in your own jurisdiction.

I use personal information only to grant and manage your access to the TradingView indicators and educational content, communicate important updates about the private membership, and respond to any questions you send me.

3. Sharing Your Information

Your information is not shared with any third parties except where required by law. I do not sell or rent your personal information.

4. Data Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information. However, no online system is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights

You can contact me at any time to access or correct the personal information I hold about you, or to ask for deletion of your information (subject to any legal requirements). Because this is a very small private membership, I handle these requests directly and promptly.

6. International Users

This is a globally accessible private membership. Members are based around the world. By joining, you acknowledge that your data may be accessed from various locations as the operator travels internationally.

I may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
